Terms and Conditions

NEW MEMBERS: New members are required to complete The Squad Co. new client form and pre-exercise health questionnaire prior to commencing any training with The Squad Co. These will be emailed to all new clients. HEALTH AND SAFETY: You must immediately notify The Squad Co. in writing of any changes to your medical condition or of any condition or injury, which would affect your ability to safely participate in The Squad Co. training sessions. We may suspend your training until you have received written medical clearance from your healthcare professional. REFUND POLICY: To the extent permitted by law, The Squad Co. does not provide refunds on any purchases. You may only cancel your package or membership part-way through the term due to permanent sickness or permanent physical incapacity. If The Squad Co. cancels a class, you will be credited for that class, and your membership or package expiry date will be extended accordingly. CANCELLATION POLICY: You must give The Squad Co. 8 hours' notice via our booking system if you wish to cancel a session. If you cancel a session within 8 hours then a full session rate will be charged based on your package. The Squad Co. may, in its sole discretion, agree to cancel or suspend your package or membership for any reason. CHANGES TO SESSIONS: The Squad Co. reserves the right to change trainer, time or location of a session at any time. FEE INCREASE: The Squad Co. reserves the right to increase it's fees at any time. Any packages or memberships already purchased will be valid until expiry. We will provide you with notification of the increase in fees at least 2 weeks prior to the increases occurring. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY: You acknowledge and agree that The Squad Co. is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of property belonging to you, or which was brought to The Squad Co training by you, whilst you attend The Squad Co. training sessions. LIABILITY POLICY: By participating in The Squad Co. training sessions you understand that: The exercise and training program will occur outdoors. Exercise and the use of equipment carries some risk including, without limitation, risk to the musculoskeletal system, to the cardio respiratory system and even death. In consideration of The Squad Co. Pty Ltd agreeing to provide training and fitness activities and programs, you release The Squad Co. Pty Ltd, its employees and representatives from any and all responsibilities, liability, claims, demands, expenses or suits from injuries or damages resulting directly or indirectly from or ancillary to your participation in any activities or your use of the equipment including negligence and wilful conduct by The Squad Co. You agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risk of injury or death. You further declare that you are physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease, or other illness that would prevent your participation in exercise programs or use of equipment. You acknowledge that you have been informed of the need for a physician’s approval for your participation in and exercise of fitness activity or in the use of exercise equipment. You acknowledge that you have either had a physical examination and been given your physician’s permission to participate, or that you have decided to participate in the activity and use of the equipment without the approval of your physician and assume all responsibility for your participation in activities, and utilisation of equipment in the activities. IMAGE RIGHTS/OWNERSHIP: All photos on this website are copyrighted material and all rights are reserved. Images may not be copied, printed or otherwise disseminated without permission of The Squad Co and reference to The Squad Co's ownership of the image included in writing. Any photos taken by The Squad Co pre, during or post training are owned by The Squad Co. and free to be used at their will. Clients who attend any of The Squad Co. sessions may be included in these images and by accepting these terms and conditions you consent to The Squad Co using, publishing and communicating any photos with your image in any way.
