Em and Jay have both played at the elite level for over 20 years, training and playing for a range of teams and competitions in high performance environments, including but not limited to:

We have been exposed to and coached by the top tier of both national and international coaches throughout our playing careers including the likes of Anita Keelan (NSW Swifts), Robert Wright (NSW Swifts and Collingwood Magpies), Lisa Alexander (Australian Diamonds), Julie Fitzgerald (GWS Giants), Briony Akle (NSW Swifts), Sonia Mkloma (England Roses), Tracey Neville (England Roses and Melbourne Mavericks), Megan Anderson (NSW Swifts and QLD Firebirds).
We both have a passion for the game, its intricacies and complexities and place a big importance on team culture and values. One of our KEY mottos is PRACTICE MAKES… PERMANENT. We never like to just go ‘through the motions’ and have high expectations to the standard set at training, believing this is key to creating exceptional habits on court. At the centre of our ethos is attention to detail when it comes to basics such as footwork, catch and throw, core attacking and defensive moves and netball specific fitness. From this solid foundation we then like to build on more complex areas of the game such as court structures in both attack and defence, as well as individual positional strategies.
But most of all we want our netballers to enjoy their netty and foster and grow their love for the game and their teammates. Happy and confident people make great netballers.
We both have our Foundation and Intermediate Accreditation and currently looking to attain our Advanced accreditation. Jay is the current Assistance Coach to the ERNA Hawks open team in the NNSW Premier League, with Em playing as a TP for season 2024. We both have experience in one on one coaching, as well as teams and across full clubs.
